$200 per visit
(Exclusive rate for concierge clients)

Comprehensive Assessment & Treatment
Receive expert evaluation of non-emergent medical issues, including:

Our physician will discuss your symptoms, review your health history, and create an appropriate treatment plan—right from the comfort of your home.
Prescription Support
If medically appropriate, prescriptions will be sent to your preferred pharmacy, ensuring quick and seamless access to the medications you need.
48-Hour Follow-Up Visit
Your care continues beyond the initial appointment. All Telehealth visits include a complimentary follow-up within 48 hours to reassess your condition and adjust your treatment plan if necessary.

Should imaging be required, we will coordinate testing at a convenient location and guide you through the next steps.
Concierge Home Visit
We offer home visits for in-person care.
$400 per visit
This includes private, physician-led evaluation in the comfort of your home.
