$150/visit applicable only to concierge clients for services like: prescriptions refill, feeling unwell, travel medicine, and minor medical conditions

• Assessment and treatment of non-emergent medical conditions

• Prescriptions to your pharmacy of choice if needed

• 48 hours follow up visit

Additional costs apply for the following

• Diagnostic imaging with coordination with a convenient location if needed

• Concierge home visit if requested ($500/visit)
